1. Create a new DSP user.
Have your Amazon Advertising admin create a new DSP user with permissions to your DSP account. The email address for this user should follow the syntax:
client-brandname-dsp-marketplace@reasonautomation.comFor example, if your brand name is "Terrabyte Inc" and you are setting up a German (DE) account, then please create the new user with the following email address:
client-terrabyteinc-dsp-de@reasonautomation.comAmazon will notify us that a new account has been created.
2. That’s it—we take care of the rest.
We will automatically set up your database over the next 5 business days. When setup is complete, you will receive an email containing:
- Instructions for accessing your database
- Your database credentials
- Server
- Port
- Database name
- Database user name
- Database password
