This report summarizes sales, revenue, traffic, and associated metrics for each product within a Seller's catalog.
By SKU vs. by Child ASIN
There are multiple variations of this report. Sellers can view the sales and traffic by SKU or by Child ASIN.
Both reports share the same sales and traffic metrics, however, by SKU gives additional granularity of breaking out sales by SKU as some sellers may opt to try and distinguish where a product is fulfilled from (FBA vs. MFN). While sales and traffic by SKU breaks out sales granularity, it should be noted that traffic metrics become duplicative when there are many SKU's to one child ASIN.
Comparing data to Seller Central
Please note that Amazon does not aggregate traffic data properly in Seller Central across a date range. For example, if you download 30 date range reports for 30 individual days, and one date range report that aggregates all 30 days, the sales numbers will sum correctly (e.g. units) but traffic numbers will not (e.g. page views).
B2B data vs. total business data
Metric columns like ordered_product_sales and units_ordered are inclusive of both consumer and B2B customers. The _b2b version of each column is only B2B customer data. Therefore, you must subtract the _b2b column to get consumer data.
