Subscribing to Brand Analytic reports? Do this, too.
Granting Global Permissions
Amazon only provides Brand Analytic reports for certain accounts, and only to users with global permissions. First ensure they are available for your account.
- Is the account brand-registered? If not, the reports will not be available for anyone.
- Does the Seller Central account have an associated Vendor Central account? If so, Brand Analytics will only be available in Vendor Central; subscribe to those reports there instead of through Seller Central.
- Brand Analytics only appear for users who have global permissions, and only users who already have those permissions can grant them to Reason Automation.
To grant these permissions to Reason Automation, please do the following:
1: Add the Reason Automation user to the global account. The UI path for this is Settings > Manage Permissions > Add to Global Account.
2: Once we are added to the global account the menu for granting permissions will appear here.
3: Set the “Amazon Brand Analytics” permission to “View Only” for the Reason Automation user.
