How to Provision Seller Central Permissions

In order to authorize seller accounts for SP-API, your authorizing user must have the following Global Account permissions:

  • View & Edit Manage Service Request
  • View & Edit Manage Authorized Partners

If your user does not have these permissions, a Super Admin for the seller account must provision them. A Super Admin is someone who has the ability to manage user permissions at Global Account level.

Here is a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Go User Permissions and click on Manage Global Permissions for the user.

Step 2: Scroll down to Services, and select View & Edit for Manage Service Requests + View & Edit for Settings > Manage Authorized Partners

Step 4: Click Save Changes.

Step 5: Once changes are updated, you should be able to authorize Reason Automation’s App at app.reasonautomation.com. Instructions here.
